User participation is an issue that many parties have an interest in, and just as many have an opinion about.

The project Unleash the Library Users chose to enter into an intensive competence and development process with Strong Bright Hearts (SBH), who were given the assignment of introducing certain methods to the project group; to teach and carry out supervision of the group’s execution of these methods through actual courses of user participation.
